Users & Reports
Manage users, handle content reports, block bad actors. Full audit logs for every admin action.
Real Analytics
Views, downloads, favorites, user growth, AI activity — with 7-day to 1-year ranges. Charts from real database data, never mocked.
Upload Pipeline
From file to live app
in under 60 seconds
Upload one or fifty. Wallora AI validates your image, generates a thumbnail, detects resolution and orientation, and publishes straight to the Android app — all without touching Firebase or writing a single API call.
Dual validation
Frontend + backend validation on MIME type, file size, dimensions, and corrupt files — nothing malformed reaches your database.
Auto metadata
Resolution, aspect ratio, and orientation are detected automatically. You add the creative layer: title, description, category, tags.
Bulk operations
Select 20 images, set a category and status, and upload all at once. Failed items are highlighted for retry without losing the successful batch.

FAQ
Questions we actually get asked
Does publishing a wallpaper require an Android app update?
No. When you publish a wallpaper in Wallora AI Admin, the backend sets isPublished = true. Your Android app queries the backend on the next feed refresh and the wallpaper appears automatically — no APK rebuild, no Play Store submission required.
How does the upload pipeline work?
You upload an image (JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WEBP up to 20 MB) via drag-and-drop or file picker. Wallora AI validates the file on both the frontend and backend, generates a thumbnail automatically, detects resolution and orientation, and lets you add title, description, category, and tags before publishing.
Can I manage AI-generated wallpapers separately from admin-uploaded ones?
Yes. The AI Generations section shows every generation triggered by users — including prompt, style, status, and timing. You can filter by status (Pending, Processing, Completed, Failed) and promote successful AI generations directly to your public catalog.
Is there a mobile admin interface?
Yes. The Wallora AI admin panel is fully responsive and works from a phone browser. You can log in, upload wallpapers directly from your Android phone, add metadata, and publish — the full workflow works on mobile.
How does unpublishing work?
Press Unpublish on any wallpaper. The backend sets isPublished = false and the wallpaper disappears from the public Android app feed on the next refresh. The wallpaper remains available in your admin panel as a draft, and you can republish it at any time.
Your app deserves
a real admin panel
Stop managing wallpapers through Firebase consoles and raw SQL. Wallora AI gives you the operational backbone to run a content business — not just an app.
